A Purdue University trained biochemist and University of Virginia trained science and special education teacher who is teaching in public schools in Boston to help close the achievement gap by developing scientific literacy. My classroom enables students to discover and apply chemistry concepts to understand the natural world. Students create real world connections between subatomic and every day phenomena.
